One regular customer introduce his friend to me for suggest suitable crushing plant plans. This friend is an owner of one quarry in Philippines, and he wants to establish a rock crushing plant to produce gravel and aggregate now. The requirements of the owner of quarry are list as follows:
1. Capacity: 250 cubic meter per hour
2. Max. feeding size: 700 mm
3. Output size: 0-6 mm, 6-13 mm, 13-19 mm, 19-40 mm
According to his requirements, our rock crushing plant plan as follow:
1. GZD1300x4900 vibrating feeder
2. PE 900x1200 jaw crusher
3. CZS51”B cone crusher
4. CZS51”D cone crusher
5. 4YZS1860 circular vibrating screen
Beside these equipment, there are some other accessory equipment, such as conveyor belt. The stones are fed into PE 900x1200 jaw crusher for first crushing by vibrating feeder. The discharge of jaw crusher is conveyed into CZS51”B cone crusher for secondary crushing. The discharge of CZS51”B cone crusher is conveyed into a vibrating screen. The qualified output sizes are divided into required size range, and the unqualified output is fed into CZS51”D cone crusher for tertiary crushing.
