1. Preparation for starting
A. Everyday before starting the machine, make sure all fasteners are fully tightened, deal with the loosen ones immediately;
B. Before starting the machine, check lubrication condition of the each rotating part.
C. Check if the roll gap size is appropriate, if it meets the requirements of particle size, adjust the unmatched;
D. Before starting the machine, firstly check if the crushing cavity consists of materials, debris, and phenomenon of touch. If necessary, manually rotate the two rolls for several turns and then start the machine.
2. Start
A. After checking the machine and transmission parts, only when they are normal, can they the machine started;
B. The machine will only start in the condition of no-load, otherwise it is easy to damage the motor, reducer, coupling, etc.;
C. You should immediately stop starting if you find abnormal situation or unusual sound, then identify the reasons and handle the failure before starting again.
3. Running
A. Don’t start feeding before the machine reaches the normal speed , and must feed evenly covering the entire roller surface (cooperated with the feeder and distributor). No side feeding, load mutations should be avoided, otherwise it will affect the service life of the machine seriously;
B. And avoid hard metal objects mixed in the compound materials, when the hard metal objects is fed into the machine, the active rollers will avoid obviously, and you should immediately stop feeding, and shutdown the machine ,check the metal objects discharge status, And carefully check if the equipment is damaged before continuing feeding the material;
C. When the crusher is running, if crusher cavity is blocked and stoped by a large hard piece of metal, you should immediately turn off the motor, clear the metal then restart;
D. When the machine is running, maintenance personnel should often observe the operation conditions:
(1) Whether there is abnormal sound, if yes, first figure out where the sound comes from then deal with it.
(2) Whether the motor temperature is too high, under normal circumstance the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ° C;
(3)If the bearing temperature is too high and under normal operating conditions. Bearing temperature should not rise by35 ° C. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 ° C, more than that should immediately stop processing, then boot;
(4)Whether rotating parts of the bolt is loose, if yes, please immediately shutdown and processing.
4. Shutdown
Before the machine stops working in good situation, you should stop feeding first, until all materials in the machine are clear then stop the crusher; only when there is machine failure or danger, can cut off the power.
