1. Fixed Roller

2. Fixed roller bearing seat

3. Scraper device
When the crushed material contains large moisture, the wet material will stick to the two roller crusher surfaces, which will affect particle size and efficiency of crushing; this scraping device can clean the roller surface to improve crushing degree and crushing efficiency. Loosen four screws on both sides of scraping device when adjusting until you clean the sticky materials from roller without touching roller’s surface. If continue to rise scraping device for a long time, it needs be renewed when it narrowed to 10 mm, please refer to the original plate thickness and width when replacing.
4. Active Roller
In order to protect the equipment from damaging by materials which can not be broken, this roller is designed to be active roller. In normal working situation, this roller just slightly slides. When metal pieces are fed into the crusher, roller can give way to protect the machine from damage,at the same time ensure crushing size. 5. Active roller bearing seat
